Ranger Guardians partners with Printful, a global print-on-demand fulfillment provider, to handle printing, production, and shipping for all orders worldwide, including South Africa. This allows us to offer reliable fulfillment from facilities closest to our customers.

Production & Fulfillment Time

  • All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand.
  • Standard production time: 2–5 business days (varies slightly by product and order volume).

Shipping Times & Delivery

Shipping times begin after production is complete. Estimates are provided at checkout and vary by destination, product type, weight, and carrier. Times are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, carriers, or peak periods.

  • South Africa (Domestic): Typically 4–10 business days total (production + shipping). Local fulfillment helps keep times reasonable. We ship via Printful’s available carriers in the region (options may include courier services similar to previous partners).
  • International Orders: Typically 6–30+ business days total (production + shipping), depending on the country. Some destinations may take longer.

Exact estimated delivery dates and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and items.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on:
    • Product type and size/weight.
    • Destination (grouped into shipping zones).
    • Number of items in the order.
  • We do not offer free shipping at this time, but costs are transparent and competitive.
  • Multiple items may qualify for combined shipping discounts where available.

Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Track your package directly via the link provided.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to most countries worldwide, including all addresses in South Africa.
  • Some remote areas or PO boxes may have limited service or higher costs—checkout will reflect available options.
  • If your country is not supported, you will be notified at checkout.

International Orders – Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders outside South Africa, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT/GST.
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local authorities upon arrival.
  • Printful handles the necessary documentation, but delays due to customs are possible.

General Notes

  • Order processing: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (before production begins).
  • Shipping times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, customs, or unforeseen events.
  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after the order enters production.
  • Multiple shipments: Large or mixed-product orders may ship in separate packages.
